City Radiator & Auto Air

I took my truck to be repaired, and Mr. Ezequiel attended to me. He didn't even say good morning or anything. Anyway, the thing is, he supposedly fixed the air conditioning, but it wasn't done properly. I took it back the next day and told him that air wasn't coming out of all the vents, and Mr. Ezequiel got annoyed and responded very rudely and arrogantly, saying and justifying himself... "Well, I'm human, and humans make mistakes. If you don't like it, go to the owner's office and wait until she arrives." They did fix my truck; it was under warranty, but the owner gave it to another employee. It's worth mentioning that there's no communication between the employees because I stayed there that day until they gave it back to me, and they didn't even speak to each other. And the owner, I never saw her say anything to that man, Ezequiel, about his poor work or bad service, about how he treated me, but oh well. I'm never going back. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this guy? Besides, he doesn't speak any English.

A1 service. We were passing through Laredo and we're quick to fix our car a/c at a decent price.

Was recommended to this business by a friend and I’m very impressed, very clean organized and honest business. Owner Ms Elsa was very nice and took time to listen and explained what needed to be checked prior to working on my car or charging me. Mr Ezekiel checked A/C very thoroughly and 🤗 only needed freeon 👍🏻

Great customer service but they did a bad job on a radiator I took it in and they said they were going to open up radiator to clean out. When I got back the next day she told me they only flushed it out and there's was nothing wrong with it. Long story short it was clogged up I had to remove and take it to another shop to get cleaned out correctly. This is a picture of the radiator that was flushed out by them a week later.

Summer is around the corner so my A/C needed a checkup. Good thing I did. The filter was a little clogged. Cheaper than the compressor some other shop had told was wrong with my truck. Very honest and service charge is a little high but well worth for the work they did. Highly recommend them if having A/C troubles.
